Gallup poll finally now finds the two major political parties tied when it comes to voter preferences. Other polling finds the GOP to be leading in less than double digits, tending more and more toward mid-single digits. Voter enthusiasm is on the side of the Republicans. Voter dissatisfaction with current affairs is on the side of the minority party.
So just how did the GOP arise in the first place(?)? Going back to Lincoln's first election, voter enthusiasm , and even turnout, was on the side of the Democrats opposed to Lincoln. Lincoln only won a minority of the votes. But all that enthusiasm created not one, but two Democratic Party candidates for the very same office. On a lesser scale, that may now be ocurring in the mid-terms, yet to happen. With so many GOP candidates for the very same seat, then likely the rank-and-file GOP are better said becoming confused.
That is not in the link below, but look at all the races that are being reviewed.
The Associated Press: Third-party candidates could tip close elections
An electorate still in an economic recovery seems everywhere yet disappointed. No one was too thrilled with Clinton, in that economic recovery, who is now adored. The fleets of Christian Lamborghinis: Are so far not on the horizon for their toddler kids, at all. The Vice President may have noticed this first, speaking about his side of the electorate. Graphically stated, might have been better(?)! "Shut Up, and Finish Your Beer!" has already been god-fearing, parental-style advice: In America, from the start! The Wisconsin public university student unions have been natiionally famous for years.
Going to the other side, however, a flood of rich demogogues, have clearly arisen, prepared to take advantage of it all! Neither is that one easily said an Elmer Gantry-level kind of populism. It is easily said about GOP, Conservative-level hoarding. The Republicans remain a minority party. The Republicans want to take what little there is, and keep it for themselves.
The Democrats opposed to Lincoln had mega-votes to divide amongst themsevles. Lincoln won with a minority of the vote. The Republicans may be far more enthusiastic about mid-terms voting. Their candidates, however, are in some cases two or more per seat, with a minority of actual identifiers, to divide amongst themselves. So their minority is split. There is no anti-Democratic Party, issues, kind of movement. There is mainly, disarray. People afraid of party identification in the first place, are likely becoming even more confused.
The new rich Republicans seem mainly to just want to divide that one party up, and keep it for themselves! The Independents are of no further interest! The Democrat majorities are of no further interest. That isn't even working for GOP mainstream in California.
The Republicans can still be said the Party of Abraham Lincoln, of the Original, Anti-Constitutional: Lunatic Fringe. Mostly right now, no majority at all is even that close to being that silly, at this time!
"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Holloween Witches mainly have a lot less in the tea and. . . .pot this year: Unless in California they are signatory, to the CBA!)
