this is two depositions of cops that arrested a man for protesting with a sign,,
I have never seen such a lack of understanding form someone directly involved in any system let alone law enforcement,,
as both say they have had almost zero education on the constitution since the academy,,
cops should go through constitution clases at least every two yrs,,
