Yes God. Said to share the wealth. Not to rob your neighbor of what he has worked for so you can do nothing.

You have to wonder why rightwing Christians want to go to heaven. Jesus, as portrayed in the texts of the New Testament, is profoundly, fundamentally, socialist. He makes the point again and again. An economic system that is based on distribution of wealth is certainly more in keeping with Christ's teaching than one that is based on greed.
Arguing with nonbelievers over religion is about as useful as asking the cat to change its own litter.

I think the one who started the thread wants us to share more of our wealth with HER!

That would require me to go back to the OP, which in turn would mean it makes a difference to me, just not happening for me.
Given your sig, booty was an interesting choice of verbage.
GOD SAID SHARE THE WEALTH.
1 John 3:17-18
But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.
Acts 11:27-30
Now in these days prophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch. And one of them named Agabus stood up and foretold by the Spirit that there would be a great famine over all the world (this took place in the days of Claudius). So the disciples determined, everyone according to his ability, to send relief to the brothers living in Judea. And they did so, sending it to the elders by the hand of Barnabas and Saul.
Proverbs 21:13
Whoever closes his ear to the cry of the poor will himself call out and not be answered.
What Does the Bible Say About Sharing Wealth?
RINO are CINO.
In Mark Chapter 10:21-25, Christ is not saying to provide for just one's family but rather to sell all that one owns and give it to the poor. For the true capitalist, heaven has got to be much too socialist. You have to wonder why rightwing Christians want to go to heaven. The NT is NOT profoundly socialist:
In I Timothy 5:8 is one of the strongest statements in the Bible: "If any one does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his own family, he has disowned the faith and is worse than an unbeliever," (RSV). Or, as the King James has it, he is "worse than an infidel."

If Jesus were alive today, there is no doubt that he would be considered a socialist. Someone whose advice is to sell all that they own and give it to the poor certainly is not a capitalist. If this isn't redistribution of wealth, I don't know what is.You have to wonder why rightwing Christians want to go to heaven. No, no he isn't. Socialism is a political system and Jesus was anything but political. His kingdom was spiritual and that is what he spoke to. Giving came from the heart, not from the barrel of a gun. Go to Sunday School some time, they will be more than happy to teach you the difference.
Again, you don't understand the Bible very well. Stop trying to prove something that is not in the Bible. Jesus did not support socialism, period. In Mark Chapter 10:21-25, Christ is not saying to provide for just one's family but rather to sell all that one owns and give it to the poor. He is alive, in Heaven. He was not and is not socialist. You might be though, if so you can move to a socialist country, please. If Jesus were alive today, there is no doubt that he would be considered a socialist.
