Hey! How Are Ya? Are Ya? Are Ya? The Stimulus, Stimulus(?), is now commencing!
Germany, Spain, and the Euro-Zone generally have all started to recover. That Unemployment Rate for June dropped a bit, and is at about 10% for the area. Spain had been at 20% and is dropping entire percentage points per month, finally. The German unemployment rate is plunging. The United States is dropping at about 0.2% per month. Just how the Settlement payments to the Gulf Coast impact have affected the need to look for a job is not reported, anywhere. There does seem to be Personal Income available.
China doesn't care. It had actually under-reported its economic activity for 2009.
In the rest of the United States: 60% of the federal contracted part of the Obama-Biden Stimulus is only about to start! 40% of the personal relief parts of the Obama-Biden Stimulus are about to start! The Governor of California actually wanted state employees at Minimum Wage, for his part of the Stimulus Spending. The Preservative parts of the Stimulus are no longer available.
So CNN, and others, claim that the Stimulus is over! Apparently it's an "Arnold Effect," for some people! Gay Maynard Keynes could probably understand an "Arnold Effect," for some people: At the network and Conservative Republican think Tanks.
So there are even CNN (?)reports:
"This summer will be the peak of the $787 billion stimulus program in terms of creating jobs and pumping money into the economy. In fact, the Obama administration is calling it the Summer of Recovery because more than 30,000 miles of highways are being improved, more than 2,800 water projects have been started and 120,000 homes will be weatherized."
"After that, it will be a downhill slide for stimulus even as the economy is expected to continue sputtering."
"'It's very hard to discern any impact,' said Brian Bethune, chief U.S. financial economist for IHS Global Insight. "
"Shifting to stimulus projects:"
"When it was passed in February 2009, the nation's largest stimulus program focused on sending aid to struggling state governments, providing tax relief and augmenting the safety net for the unemployed and low income."
"Some 57% of tax benefits and 60% of entitlement money has already been paid out, according to federal data. But only 43% of the funding for contracts, loans and grants has gone out the door."
A part of that now was announced today as getting better rural access to the internet. Northern California is noticing that parts of its chunk of $82.0 bil. are about to start. Liberals vote. . .live and work, in Northern California, coincidentally(?)!
And so, then there is the rest of the planet, getting underway(?)!
"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Soon many nations get under way. Anyone knows this! Soon Aliens Land. Commence War Against Many Nations. Send Many Nations to Reservation lands! Martian, Writer's Guild: Comes after that! Then Many Nations find out how Aliens see us, from Hollywood, and in network news--and on Fantacize-Along-With-Fox!)
