That they are making it to seem as if China's president pulling the strings. But actually, they are telling their president to stay out of their way while they battles out with the U.S. China didn't like Obama. But Obama has kept on spoiling them to gain their trust. Now China has gotten comfortable with these spoils. That they doesn't want to let go of these spoils. But China's president knows that Pres.Trump is doing the right thing. But they just can't give up being pampered. It is just like how the welfare program has done to the poor. That it has made them so dependent on the Democrat party. And so Pres.Trump is helping China to wean themselves from being so dependent on the U.S. By showing them how they could prosper by dealing with other countries besides the U.S.
