yea but they go to Africa or the Caribbean and S.America....they dont go to Europe ....Do you believe that American doctors go to foreign countries to provide services for the poor?Many "foreign" Doctors are licensed to practice here and in their home county, In addition support personnel like Nurses likewise. It is a fact that International relief organizations come into this country to provide medical care. And that is a sorry state of affairs and a shame to America
i live in an area with LOTS of illegals....every now and then they have clinics here and in LA for them and the area homeless....all the Doctors there are ones from the area giving their time.....these things get a lot of publicity.....the only Doctors there are ones licensed to practice here.....not one time have they said it was International thing.....if the Doctor there is a Foreign born person...he now lives here and practices here....i really doubt some Doctor from Norway is going to come here for a weekend Clinic.....
i delivered mail to a Doctor for 10 years that was one who did this thing....all the Doctors that do this at the Forum in LA and in Santa Ana are area Doctors donating their time......no Doctors from Mexico or beyond.....

Really? Fall for reality. Twice a year this team comes here into eastern NC to provide medical and dental care for the poor. people line up at 12 the night before.
Not just NC. Most states have some sort of free health care for those who can't afford to pay. The funniest part of that is the people who benefit from this then vote Republican! Just more of that voting against one's own self interest. Go figure.
But hey, we're the richest country in the world so we should be proud to be 37th in health care.

Actually they come here as part of the "vacation in the U.S."program.

we had a guy carrying mail who was a Pharmacist in Iran for 10 years.....had to work at the PO until he passed all the tests and be qualified again.....which he said they were not making it easy for him either.....he also said it may be hard to quit the PO....better benefits.....
