Well, as ther law stands now the law certainly could step in and prevent this. Usually, however, the state finds out about an assisted suicide after the fact.

As far as where I stand on this issue, I think a terminally ill patient in pain should be able to decide for themselves whether they want to die. The law dia\sagrees with me though for now I guess.

If a man has sex with a lady and both are married -but not to each other, and you knew about it, would you want to be arrested?

Adultery IS against the law, and it is a sin, and it is a violation of the Commandments.

Is adultery against the law?
It's grounds for divorce, but not punishable by fine or imprisonment.
Might lose some marital assets though, lol.

Penalties range from a $10 fine to life in prison.

16 is the age in a lot of states. But it either is or was 14 in Hawaii and Alabama. A bit young, I say.

I disagree. To qualify as a cult, the religion would have to fall "under the guidance of an authoritarian, charismatic leader." I would hardly call Moses, Jesus, or Buddha authoritarian. I don't know the origins of Hinduism, but I'm guessing it wouldn't qualify either. Islam... maybe. But its widespread following would disqualify it from being a cult, as it is not "generally considered to be extremist or false" - although that depends on the definition of the word "Generally."
