If BERNARD wins the votes needed to win on the 1st ballot, they will be sued if he does not win the nomination, and BERNARD WOULD WIN THE SUIT!

It was a CONTRACT! Bernard agree to go by the rules, and the DNC said, ok then, you can participate.

Now, of course if it goes to a 2nd ballot, the DNC can do whatever the hell it wants. THOSE ARE THE RULES, and BERNARD agreed to those rules.

At this moment in case you are wondering, the experts (whoever the heck they are, so don't ask me) have proclaimed there is a 48% chance of a brokered convention. This leaves a 52% chance that there will NOT be a brokered convention, and the odds will readjust after super Tuesday.

So as BERNARD would say, "let me be clear!" Without absolutely be sued into oblivion and losing the suit probably putting off the election, if BERNARD wins the required delegates, HE IS YOUR GUY, period!
