A former staff member for Donald Trump's presidential campaign in North Carolina filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the Republican's campaign, alleging the state director pulled a gun on him.

The lawsuit filed by Vincent Bordini claims Trump's North Carolina state director, Earl Phillip, in February pulled out a pistol, put his finger on the trigger and drove the barrel into Bordini's kneecap while sitting in Phillip's Jeep. Bordini then reported the incident to others in the campaign, the lawsuit says.

Bordini, a Mecklenburg County resident who worked on the campaign as a software trainer, said in the 15-page lawsuit that others reported similar incidents involving Phillip, but the campaign, including then-manager Corey Lewandowski, did not take action against him.

"(Bordini) brings claims against the Trump Campaign and Phillip for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress," the lawsuit reads. "He also brings a negligent retention and supervision claim against the Trump Campaign."

The lawsuit said Bordini could not sleep after the incident and moved his family out of fear

Let's see. Liberal mentality. There is a CLAIM and lefties have already determined guilt without anything but the claim being made. What happened to waiting until all the evidence, if any, comes out?

Trump doesn't have it going. Getting sued is out of his control.

So why's his name on the lawsuit?

Same reason yours would be if someone sued YOU. There isn't a damn thing to do if someone named you in a lawsuit.
