Trumps lawyer needs to take that argument being made in the Media to the Court and ask that the evidence be suppressed ...go to Court and show proof

They're making their claims to the media and public to sway the ones who teeter back and forth on the legitimacy of the investigation. If they really had anything they would go to the court. But as we all know a good majority of public will believe them. They are also playing the media so someone can come along and yell FAKE NEWS.
