Folks... Remember Biden's guarantee: "I guarantee We Are Going To Get Rid of Fossil Fuels”

We are still the worlds leading producer of petroleum products. Also, we've increased our renewable energy production to all time highs. We are more energy independent under President Biden than any other president since Eisenhower.

The only reason is because Russia invaded Ukraine. When that happened, Sponge Brains Shits Pants lifted most, not all, but many, of the restrictions he placed on drilling and leasing.

Not because it would help Americans, not because it would make our lives, American Citizens, better.

Because another Country needed the oil.

People that get their opinions and views from the DISGUSTING FILTH are uniformly stupid.

Every time

Well guess what folks!!!
Amid explosive demand, America is running out of power
AI and the boom in clean-tech manufacturing are pushing America’s power grid to the brink. Utilities can’t keep up.

Vast swaths of the United States are at risk of running short of power as electricity-hungry data centers and clean-technology factories proliferate around the country, leaving utilities and regulators grasping for credible plans to expand the nation’s creaking power grid.
In Georgia, demand for industrial power is surging to record highs, with the projection of electricity use for the next decade now 17 times what it was only recently.
Arizona Public Service, the largest utility in that state, is also struggling to keep up, projecting it will be out of transmission capacity before the end of the decade absent major upgrades.
Northern Virginia needs the equivalent of several large nuclear power plants to serve all the new data centers planned and under construction. Texas, where electricity shortages are already routine on hot summer days, faces the same dilemma.
The soaring demand is touching off a scramble to try to squeeze more juice out of an aging power grid while pushing commercial customers to go to extraordinary lengths to lock down energy sources, such as building their own power plants.

NOW remember again Biden's promised to get rid of 60% of electricity generating by fossil fuel plants!
How f...king DUMB!!!
He also said he would unite the country now he calls half of all Americans extreme MAGA.

LOL Did you even read your link? The Problem is with the local state infrastructure. The article specifically mentions Georgia.

Not only that… why are we having this issue now? Again, from your link…

Data center operators are clamoring to hook up to regional electricity grids at the same time the Biden administration’s industrial policy is luring companies to build factories in the United States at a pace not seen in decades. That includes manufacturers of “clean tech,” such as solar panels and electric car batteries, which are being enticed by lucrative federal incentives. Companies announced plans to build or expand more than 155 factories in this country during the first half of the Biden administration, according to the Electric Power Research Institute, a research and development organization. Not since the early 1990s has factory-building accounted for such a large share of U.S. construction spending, according to the group.

In other words... the problems we are encountering is because President Biden is doing his job of bringing in companies on US soil to provide jobs and a better standard of living for the American people.

Would you rather have the old days under the orange douchebag where our jobs were exported to China? I'll bet your response would be yes, you fucking traitor.
How many comanies have come back? The article says they were going to in the first half of his admin, well we are in the second....what's the results?

None of which addresses the problem, where are we going to get electric generation from to provide for all this “green energy”, which is really just increased electricity use?

There is zero effort or any concrete plans to actually expand our existing electric grid infrastructure, and with it new generation sites. The Biden Regime is actively shutting down generation sites like coal plants, and there is no plan to expand by building new nuclear power plants, which are by far the most capable and efficient generation we can have.

In addition to generation is the need for new transmission lines to be built, something that is near impossible to accomplish thanks to none other than leftwing enviro-wacko groups that won’t allow any new power lines built anywhere, because of “the environment“.

Another democrat boondoggle. It goes on and on and

No, this is a world economic forum boondoggle. Ultimately it's what they want.
At the end of the day this is about what they want like George soros and claus schaub. They want America to go under, it's what's holding up their great reset.

How do you get rid of America?

You fill it with poor and criminal illegals, you cripple it's energy, you bankrupt it, you buy politicians to change how laws are enforced, you spread hate via social media and so on.

That is EXACTLY what is happening. And they are making it happen.

We became the top producer in 2018. 4 years after Russia invaded Ukraine and annexed Crimea. Benedict Donald was still riding the Obama wave in 2018. Furthermore, nothing Biden did with his pauses effected the production levels in the US Oil Patch.

Russia never “invaded” Crimea. They’ve been there since the 1700’s. They allowed it to be apart of “Ukraine” in the 1990’s only under the stipulation that it be leased entirely to Russia.

Only because the Ukraine government was overthrown in 2014 and had a US puppet government installed, which then reneged on the agreement, did Russia then annex it.

Drill, baby, drill!

I'm glad you stopped repeating the lie that fossil fuels cause "global warming".
Whaddayou stupid? We've been down this road before. Fossil fuel burning is causing global warming. The petrol industry is too big and too engrained in the world economy for humans to ever stop using it. Ounce for ounce it is the most potent/cheapest energy source we have. Adapt or die. Oh, still waiting for Peak Oil to arrive too.

How f...king DUMB!!!

The daily "The sky is falling" thread from our resident energy dinosaur.

The obvious solution is to BUILD, BUILD, BUILD, not "drill baby drill". Ontario closed all of our coal fired plants 30 years ago, as well as closing 2 out of 3 of our nuclear plants, and have been building wind and solar since the turn of the century.

We have a reliable grid servicing millions of people, and some of the lowest electrical bills in North America.

ALL OF THE WORLD is ending their dependence on fossil fuels, as fast as we can, except for the Americans who want to keep using coal, oil and gas, and paying $200 billion per year in climate change damage.

Stupid,

Learn to read. What does the article say? I even quoted it. Heck, I even highlighted it in red. Goodluck. :itsok:

Learn to read. From the article:

The Portland project Halaburda and Khalili are developing will now be powered in large part by off-the-grid, high-tech fuel cells that convert natural gas into low-emissions electricity. The technology will be supplemented by whatever power can be secured from the grid. The partners decided that on their next project, in South Texas, they’re not going to take their chances with the grid at all. Instead, they will drill thousands of feet into the ground to draw geothermal energy. Halaburda sees the growth as good for the country and the economy.

Officials at Equinix, one of the world’s largest data center companies, said they have been experimenting with fuel cells as backup power

Next time, instead of asking dumb questions, learn to read. Let me know if you are still confused.

Tut…tut. Reading is a bitch, eh?

I could help you but then you’ll remain a retard.

No no no…we’re not running out of fuel “people are just using too much electricity!!!”

That’s what they are going to say to increase taxes on energy consumption.
