Fly the friendly skies with United

I have alot of air miles with United, but this is why I only book them as a last resort.

Video shows man forcibly removed from United flight from Chicago to Louisville

They did this to accomodate employees of the airline who wanted a seat, after people were seated.

Stupid. Should have offered more money, or never let the passengers on in the first place.

All parties handled this the wrong way, buy I'd put the blame 80%-20% on United.
