You know, right here Trump has basically shown that the tariffs are going to be passed on to the American consumer, right? He's trying to make it look like he's doing something for the people, when in actuality he's trying to cover his ass.

Sorry, but his delay of tariffs and his reason why, prove that the consumer is the one that's gonna be hurt by these tariffs. Yeah, he can give the farmers and ranchers subsidies to help them out while the trade war is going on, but he can't do squat to help out the American consumer, other than to delay the tariffs until after the holiday season.
