Finally, "The Little Mermaid", who is now black... Is in theaters!

If they were to make a movie based off a classic African children’s story and cast it largely with white actors, would that be okay too? Cause it’s the exact same thing.

What African story would be worth retelling that most people would want to see?

Besides, blacks did the reverse already. Take movies made by whites and blackified the whole thing. The nutty professor with Eddie Murphy and creed is your best case scenario. Aside from that you have the wiz, steel magnolias, Annie, Cinderella and a huge string of other bombs.

So if blacks can blackify white movies, why couldn't white whiteify black stuff?

The difference is, white based movies overall make more money because more people want to see them. Blacks want to see white people movies and black movies, everyone else in general wants to see non black movies.

Oh and Africa isn't a skin color. There are millions of whites that have lived there for many many generations, and millions of people of Indian heritage that have lived there even longer.

Then why go the woke route? At some point its going to sink in that half the nation thinks that shit is annoying. :dunno:
Not so sure of that. Less than half, for sure. From a marketing standpoint..if those who like comprise 100 million+...who cares if another 100 million hate it.
Money has been made=success.

All the little black girls will go see it.
The stupid woke confused White soccer Moms will also take their daughters to see it.

There is a core of Moon Bat idiots that have no soul and see nothing wrong with it but that won't make the Disney turds a profit.

The profit margin they will lose will be the Americans that say "fuck Disney and their filthy woke shit".

According to my sons my granddaughters will not be seeing the movie.

She has an amazing voice.

Sad that so many people will hate her just because of her skin color
We are going through reverse racism where white are the victims of woke lib casting prejudice

The resentment is not about the black girl per se

But towards hollywood and didney in general

But perched high up in you lib ivory tower you will never understand that

Disney is sadly lacking in imagination and talent. No longer capable of original genius it takes the success of before and gives it a woke makeover.
That's a better way of putting it. It seems like their imagination is slipping. You know things are getting bad when they're just retelling the same stories.
