I do have CCleaner. Am pretty set and happy now that I got McAfee off my computer.

I currently use Symantec Endpoint Protection.

It has been a few years, I remember it being extremely configurable. If it is like the biz edition I would feel pretty safe to leave a child unattended with endpoint blocking unwanted sites. It was really good at that on the biz side.
