No...he was knowingly selling guns to a felon...he is a democrat criminal....
Depends on the state. Federally, so long as they aren't a dealer, then no.
Yeah...the court will work that one out...
But again...background checks did not catch this illegal gun runner.....none of the gun laws the anti gun morons want did or would have caught this guy....it took a snitch.....just like very other crime.
And thanks to gun control laws he can now be jailed.
