What happened to the informant who sold the felon 40+ guns over 2 years? He's certainly no hero in this. Though I suppose most righties would consider him a responsible gun owner.

This felon is not allowed to own, carry or buy or sell guns......this is under existing laws that we already have.

How did they catch him......the old fashioned way.....they used a snitch.

According to court documents, authorities set up the buy after they were tipped off by a confidential informant, who acted as a straw buyer providing Salas between 40 and 60 guns from September 2013 to November 2015. Salas would resell the guns and at least two of them were recovered by the Chicago Police Department from crime scenes involving members of other gangs.

Thanks to gun control he will be jailed.
