FEINSTEIN AND McCAIN...CO-CONSPIRATORS

It takes Brit Hume of Fox cable news to get to the heart of this smear job against Bush and the CIA by the democrats who don't like this country....

Hume Senate Intel Report Like Rolling Stone UVA Story

They say, they're fond of saying that [Sen.] Dianne Feinstein (D-CA)and others are fond of saying, 'well, we couldn't interview those people because they were under Justice Department investigation. That investigation was concluded a couple years ago. Catherine Herridge pointed out to me earlier, they've had the last two years when they could have interviewed the players in this. As Marc Thiessen said to me a few minutes ago, he said 'look, what did we just decry when Rolling Stone did it?' And that is a report that comes out without having ever consulted the people who are basically accused here. They didn't do that" he stated.

Why talk to the people you accuse when you can use your position as a Senator to lie about them...and they can't defend themselves....because they are on the front lines and coming out may get them targeted by actual killers who chop off the heads of their prisoners...

democrat politicians are vile, disgusting human beings...and those who support and elect them should be ashamed....

Some more common sense that is sadly an enemy of the democrats in elected office....

Senate Intelligence Committee 8217 s Report Confirms that CIA Did Not Torture Detainees Power Line

First, the tone of the report is remarkably hostile to the CIA. It reads like a prosecutor’s brief. I don’t know what the Agency did to get on the wrong side of Dianne Feinstein, but the report is, seemingly, an act of revenge. I suspect that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed himself would render a more sympathetic account of the CIA’s interrogation program than we got from Senate Democrats.

Second, a great deal of the report is devoted to proving that the CIA’s enhanced interrogation techniques did no good. I didn’t find this discussion particularly persuasive, mostly because it is so patently partisan and one-sided. Further, while it is appropriate for the intelligence agencies themselves to analyze the success, or lack thereof, of various approaches they have used, this issue strikes me as almost beside the point.

In the aftermath of 9/11, it was vitally important to learn all we could about al Qaeda–who was in it, how it was organized, how its members communicated, and above all, what other plots were in the works. It was appropriate to try just about anything to get information from the small number of high-level al Qaeda members to whom we then had access. If some techniques worked and others didn’t, so be it; but they all had to be tried.

Third, the report goes to great lengths to document alleged misrepresentations by the Agency concerning the enhanced interrogation program. Many of these come from Congressional testimony by former CIA Director Michael Hayden. The Agency has acknowledged that Hayden got some facts wrong, especially relating to events that occurred before he became Director. In other instances, I don’t find the Committee’s effort very persuasive. Once again, the vituperative tone of the report undermines its credibility.

They hate us because we are non muslim and stand in their way of establishing a world caliphate...no more, no less....since any of the things in the democrat smear job are routinely done, without apology, around the world by the very people you silly people are worried about offending....
They hate us because we are murdering innocent people, Moron!

"The next day, guards found Rahman dead. An internal CIA review and autopsy assessed he likely died from hypothermia – “in part from having been forced to sit on the bare concrete floor without pants”. An initial CIA review and cable sent to CIA headquarters after his death included a number of misstatements and omissions."

NO....they hate us because we are preventing them from extending islam across the world..........considering that they actually rape, torture and murder innocent men, women and children and use them as human shields.......I have no problem killing these sick assholes......and I'm sure the Muslim's we save by killing these assholes appreciate the efforts as well....considering they are the ones suffering the most from these assholes....we can't kill these monsters fast enough.....

Fuck him....mess with the best, die like the rest.

"But make no mistake: there’s still an extraordinary amount to take away from this report. If there is one tragic story, out of the many, that is emblematic of the CIA program, as its supporters defend it in the days, it’s that of Gul Ruhman.

"It may be two stories – it’s hard to know, so much has been redacted and the atrocities are so countless – but at least one Gul Ruhman we know was tortured at the notorious CIA black site known as the Salt Pit, chained to the floor and frozen to death.

"The CIA’s inspector general referred this person’s case to CIA leadership for discipline, but was overruled. Four months after the incident, the officer who gave the order that led to Rahman’s death was recommended for a $2,500 “cash reward” for his “consistently superior work”.

"Footnote 32 explains why a dead prisoner ended up in CIA custody in the first place: “Gul Ruhman, another case of mistaken identity.”

You know what would be great.....once the witch...feinstein is out of office, the Republicans should call her back, under oath, and ask her what she knew about the CIA programs and what she signed off on.....and then when she lies, have the DOJ begin an investigation for perjury....

Yes....after reading the democrat smear report against the CIA....the terrorists started beefing up on the techniques needed to keep captured sex slaves....

Slavery for Dummies ISIS Publishes Horrific Guide for Sex Slave Owners

[quote}The document was obtained by the US-based Middle East Media Research Institute who published full details of it on a website.

It was written by Isil's "Department for Prisoners and Women's Affairs", presumably, says the MEMRI, in response to the uproar caused by the many reports this summer that ISIS had taken Yazidi girls and women as sex slaves.

It explains in sickening detail when a female can be raped by her captors, some of whom pay as little as £27 for each of their victims.

Question 18: May a man use the al-'azl [technique] with his female slave?

A: A man is allowed [to use] al-'azl during intercourse with his female slave with or without her consent.

Question 19: Is it permissible to beat a female slave?

It is permissible to beat the female slave as a [form of] darb ta'deeb [disciplinary beating], [but] it is forbidden to [use] darb al-takseer [literally, breaking beating], [darb] al-tashaffi [beating for the purpose of achieving gratification], or [darb] al-ta'dheeb [torture beating]. Further, it is forbidden to hit the face.

The vast majority of their victims are women and children from the Yazidi region who were kidnapped during the Mount Sinjar massacre in August of this year. Up to 5,000 are being held in the de facto capital, Raqqa.

It lays out the "rules" for how to deal with captives in a simple Question and Answer format so even stupid militants can understand.

Questions include "It is permissible to have intercourse with a female captive immediately after taking her possession?" and "If the female captive was impregnated by her owner, can he then sell her?"

Even children are not safe from rape at the hands of the militants, with guidance on intercourse with a pre pubescent child stating it is acceptable, "if she is fit for intercourse". If she is not, then her captor must make do with forcing other sex acts on the girl.

Question 13: Is it permissible to have intercourse with a female slave who has not reached puberty?

It is permissible to have intercourse with the female slave who hasn't reached puberty if she is fit for intercourse; however if she is not fit for intercourse, then it is enough to enjoy her without intercourse. [quote}

Again....we are not killing these monsters fast enough....

Do you silly people really think that our using harsh interrogation techniques against these monsters has anything to do with what they think of us.....or the fact that we were protecting so many Muslims from these monsters that those Muslims we were protecting care that we used harsh interrogation techniques.....

We are not the monsters....not even close....you people need to have your moral compasses completely changed out for ones that actually work......

The old field manual rules we were under defined "torture" as something that left bleeding and/or bruises and was intended to stop US personnel from roughing up captive combatants. Everybody in the field knew what their Lt or Huey crew chief would allow or not allow. When we had multiple detainees on a bird at 600' about the canopy, one might accidentally fall out....amazing how talkative the others then became. Just the mention of the tiger cages at Con Son had them jabbering non stop.

It finally hit me why they are letting Bush off the hook by saying even he was lied to.....because if they say Bush knew...they would also have to admit they knew....since the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence got the same briefings that Bush did.....and this is about smearing Bush and the CIA....if they implicate Bush, they automatically implicate themselves....

That is also why they didn't talk to the CIA people....they would say under oath..."yeah, that is exactly what we told you guys here in the Senate on such and such a date....."
