Family of second nurse to contract Ebola hires attorney...

Umm for what?
The family claims their daughter is being mischaracterized by the news media and social media.
There are reports that the nurse was more symptomatic than she had admitted. She does get the kudos though for performing due diligence with her call to the CDC.
I just do't like the idea of hiring a lawyer because the news and social media are skeptical. Can the family sue based on an opinion?

You can tell this is an American instead of an immigrant. Only an American would call a lawyer because people didn't believe their daughter. lol

I imagine that it's quite upsetting to be a nobody one day and then the talk of the nation the next day and to have your character or competence questioned by guys like the CDC Director who asserted that she broke protocol and then by people who called her reckless for traveling.

I'm not sure what the lawyer can do about the public but the CDC Director may be a target.
