This a fact about the inner city.

I posted a few online tests, pertaining to how to handle certain adverse situations that can put them in jeopardy... the basic fundamentals on how to avoid really huge problems.
75 % of them failed.

Only one of them got a score of 100 %, and the one that got 100 % was female...

That's the inner city.
Welcome to why I no longer live there.

Its also funny, that the system expects me to learn life skills, yet I got a 100 %... and I'm the one who gave the test, and most of them without Asperger syndrome failed.
