Mate, anyone can write in wikipedia. Wikipedia isn't a credible source, specially for this kind of information.

But I'll give you a hint, Hitler was all about big government. The nazis wanted the government to be in charge of everything. There isn't anything more opposite to nazism than a free democracy and a free economy. Inteventionism was the main aspect of nazism, as it is the main aspect of the modern Democratic party. So if you call republicans "nazis" this is just a stupid name calling without any serious reasoning, and it just makes you look like a fool.

When I was younger I used to be a left winger like you but then I informed myself and became wiser, which was not your case obviously.

I have a family member who is as neo-con ignorant as many of the rw's here. She is dead set against Obama even though, like some rw's here, she has no friggin clue what she's talking about. All she knows is that she doesn't trust him, doesn't like him and very early in his FIRST term, she tripped over her own racism to tell me that, "... and its not because he's black ...". She's mormon but smokes and drinks and "borrows" money from me to pay her rent and buy her cigs. She gets medicaid, food stamps, never has anything to eat and we take food to her a couple of times of month even though she goes to the food bank. I've seen her put away an entire key lime pie at a sitting and she looks it. She says her fave place to eat is Wendy's because she doesn't have to get out of the car. Her daughter's daughter went to Head Start and her daughter belongs to a union. Her son has been in prison twice and I never trust him alone in my home. About the Affordable Health Act, she actually believes that it will cost small businesses and poor individuals money! I sent her links that explain that is not true but of course, she doesn't read anything but Beck and lushbo and its on a computer I bought for her.

She says Mittens is gonna save us and that she'll finally be able to stand on her own two feet under the Etch A Sketch/Ryan "plan". She doesn't understand that if Mittens and his cronies get their way, Medicaid, Head Start, unions, food banks, food stamps ............all of it will be gone if they can do it. She believes she and people like her will be protected under a Romney Regime.

If the far bill is passed by the &*^%$%#$% pubs, many millions of CHILDREN will go hungry but this woman doesn't know or care about that. Neither do her kids. They're gonna get a rude awakening.

(I really hadn't thought about how bad this crazy woman is until I wrote all that!! She's three years younger than me but has never worked. I owned my own business and live off my investments AND Social Security. She gets Social Security from her father's account. Yeah, HE worked before he died young. She's family so I feel a responsibility for her but where are her kids? Why don't they help her? )

There are currently 4 applicants for every job opening.

There are thousands of jobs that cannot be filled by Americans because we don't educate for the future. We "teach to the test".

If my own family was hungry, I would do anything I had to do to feed them. Anything.

I would even continually "borrow" from others to get what I need.

Having thrown my little rant, I've decided that I'm cutting back on the amount I give this woman every couple of weeks. Let her "borrow" from a fellow ignorant rw.

I feel like I should delete my rant but will just apologize for it. I'm just a little ticked because she called today and yes, her cell phone is on my plan.

I'm a fool but I'm cutting back. Seems like now is a good time to call and tell her that starting at the first of the month, I'm going to give her a set dollar amount and she has to make that last through the month.

- In the 1960s, there were 18 workers per Medicaid recipient. Today that number is 2.5.

- The number of Americans on disability has risen 19% faster than jobs created during this recovery.

- There are just 1.2 private sector workers per 1 person on welfare or working for government.

- There are now just 1.65 employed persons in private sector per 1 person on welfare assistance.

Successful, prosperous people do not need socialists, communists or fascists. Really, they just don't need leftism. Hence the need to cause misery before implementing "fixes".
