The top one I don't entirely understand. The papers are confused and guessing Trump is looking to maintain his power over National Parks?
Long term it makes sense. If he wants to roll back park size in favor of lazy logging he needs to maintain that power.
National Park lovers should applaud Trump's monument decision
My idea is Donald is not a small government or anti-presidential power (non FDR) Republican. Donald just wants to do what Donald wants to do, separation of power isn't a big thing in his ideology.
