Bush actually cut taxes many times, and many times they didn't work. Coming into office, about 40% of income tax filers had no federal income tax liability. By Now that is easily 50% or more. They got no tax cut.

The Bush Version even called their tax cuts, their "Stimulus." It didn't work. Bush decided to create one suicide of an active U. S. military uniform, every 36 hours, instead: And the Tea Party GOP kept all the money that was created, supporting in that manner the intended killing of Americans they personally intended, and supported that.

Even Newt Gingrich, probably knows that(?)!

Senator McCain even supported "The Surge," to get more killed.

The Refundable Tax Credit didn't happen until Tax Year 2009.
