Empire building has destroyed every empire in history. The costs of maintaining large standing armies is a tremendous drain on the public purse.

That being said, it’s no excuse to cozy up to murderous despots like Putin, Xi or Kim.

The US murders far more people around the world than Russia does. That's just fact. No other nation on earth invades and kills more than the US does. Bush & Obama killed far more people than Putin could ever imagine killing. But most Americans don't realize that. And that's because they're mind-controlled by Government/Corporate Media. They only know one side of stories. They're ignorant.

Putin is an authoritarian dictator who was NOT elected in free, democratic elections. He is an enemy of the the US government with a stayed purpose of destroying western democracies.

Watching Trump’s tame poodle performance today, watching Trump denigrate US law enforcement and intelligence agencies and side with Putin over the US government and people shows who his master is.

It started long before that, even before the Obama administration, when Republican lawmakers moved all of the wealth in this country to the top .1% by reducing taxes for the rich and cutting education funding. By doing nothing about the cost of healthcare. By doing nothing to retrain all of those poor uneducated souls that lost their factory jobs when they moved to China.

Trump has done exactly ZERO to address any of these things, because he decided to run on the Republican ticket. Instead, he has started Trade-Wars, reduced taxes for the top .1% even more, dismantled healthcare and put someone in charge of education that subsidizes all wealthy people so they can send their kids to private schools even cheaper. He is doing nothing about Climate Change. He is doing nothing about the biggest crisis in our country, the Opioid addiction crisis.

Putting $1K back into rural peoples pockets each year will not offset the increases in food and hard-goods prices caused by the Trade-War and the effects of Climate Change. He has actually increased taxes for a large percentage of the population that lives in cites, where sales taxes are needed to maintain infrastructure and pay for services and schools.

This is probably true, however being the world police, this is expected. We try to kill for the right reasons, but sometimes we are wrong, as in Iraq.
