What's more disturbing than that, he was the judge at the Vel R. Phillips Juvenile Justice Center, which has a juvenile detention facility. He got to decide the fate of children. He could order them to jail or even a foster home/brothel.

That place needs to be investigated. Every single case. It was likely being used for child sex trafficking.

We had the same problem here in Toledo. The juvenile jail was creepily named the Child Study Institute. Several friends told me that they were forced to have sex with jail staff and various VIP visitors on a daily basis while they were incarcerated there.
