Good thing that wasnt a SUV, those vehicles who never have drivers love to attack people and kill them...It was just a family sedan, very mild in manners...Pretty sure this guy didnt expect this when he started throwing rocks...

I'd say he more than likely learned to throw rocks from a position the cars cant get to him.
