A judge in Delaware has found that Fox News' coverage of election fraud after the 2020 election may have been inaccurate, and is allowing a major defamation case against the right-wing TV network to move forward.

Now based on those allegations and other assorted grotesque lies, misrepresentations and prevarications contained in the Complaint, only a real ignoramus would think that Dominion is worried about Discovery. The lies spouted and promulgated by Fox and other right-wing media were so egregious and so outlandish, the only question is one of damages. Hundreds of millions, if not far more, is a real possibility. Dominion needs to hit these right-wing purveyors of mendacity hard and send them all into bankruptcy court.
