Once again the progressive love of criminals knows no bounds. Why not give balding prisoners hair transplants too?

Yes. As they should be given.

In fact...they should all get private condos...not jail cells. And the state should be forced to hire the most attractive prostitutes in Vegas to come once a month to please all of them. And to teach the public a lesson in tolerance...our school kids should come in and get life lesson speeches from them too.
