The DOJ had nothing to do with state child abuse charges, loser.

The N.M AG failed to take the simplest of steps to ensure these would-be terrorists were tried in court, resulting in a frustrated judge condemning him and the state for their incompetence and having to drop the charges.

Interesting how snowflakes seem to be constantly sticking up for incompetent boobs who seem to end up helping terrorists....

The N.M AG failed to take the simplest of steps to ensure these would-be terrorists were tried in court, resulting in a frustrated judge condemning him and the state for their incompetence and having to drop the charges.

There is another option. It could be that the case against them is not all that it is reported to be and there simply was not enough actual evidence to hold the evidentiary hearing. I do not know if this is the case or not, but it would not be the first time things were blow out of proportion.
