Do You Vote?

After reading this post:

You don't like ObamaCare; but your as responsible for it as he is. I really don't want to hear you say, "We didn't vote for it!" Who's fault is that. You also didn't vote against it.

I got to thinking, exactly how many of us vote? If you do vote, how often do you do so? Once every four years, and only then for president? Do you vote in primaries? Second primaries? How about local elections? Odd-year elections? Referendums?

Most importantly, when you do vote, do you vote for every race on the ballot? Or do you only vote for those you know something about? Would you say you cast an informed vote?
