Doesn’t it bother republicans that the GOP does NOTHING for the middle class? A strong middle class is how you keep this economy viable because they are the biggest CONSUMERS. A time will come when this economy will fail because of GOP economics. Rich people can’t stay rich if the wages of the middle class and poor remain way behind on inflation.

In 2013, Chuck Schumer sponsored Senate bill S. 744, which would have built a border fence at the cost of $40 billion dollars and every Democrat in the Senate voted in favor of it. Hillary Clinton in her 2015 book, Hard Choices, lamented that that border fence had not been built, but as soon as Trump said he favored it, all the Democrats said it was the worst idea they ever heard. Democrats support open borders, as you have just acknowledged, but only because President Trump supports it.

By law, children cannot be deported, so when their parents are deported and they don't have relatives to take charge of them, they must be detained. It's not a policy, it's the law.
