Tankers are parked off shore of major oil producers worldwide because they cost less than using tank farms if you have the crude to fill them up. Buy the underlying and sell the futures contract covered by the warehouse receipt. This will work until the bulls in the futures market go broke then the oil market will go below $20/BBL.
