Last Tuesday, I sprained my R index finger driving.

It has been hurting ever since and it seems to be getting worse.

I am finding it difficult to examine the prostate during a rectal exam.

What would you do?

I would go on disabilty and, suck on the govt teat while I studied for the dermatology exam. No fingering required.

I recommend sticking it into something warm and moist twice a day for at least 20 minutes each time. It's up to you to find something "warm and moist".
