Irrespective of the fine details the point remains this deal is so damaging and atrocious, that it can only be assumed Obama deliberately and Kerry through incompetence, allowed Iran to completely outfox them.

Entering into negotiations Iran was not allowed nuclear weapons capability at all and now they have been granted all they want, the only exception being they can not use the bomb for a miniscule period of time.

Iran and Obama both are happy and have achieve their aims...
