If he committed perjury he would have been charged. So what did he lie about?Remember how Republicans went after Bill Clinton for getting a blow job? They impeached him in the house. They convinced the GOP base he had broken a law. Even today, USMB Republicans insist he did "something" and was convicted for "something". They just can't say what.
And George W. Bush, when running for president, signed an affidavit that he had never been arrested or convicted of a crime. Even though he had been arrested three times. Once for theft and he was convicted of a serious offense. Drunk Driving. A crime that put other people's lives in danger. And Democrats ignored it and gave him a bye.
And look at the result:
The deficit creating Bush tax cuts costing trillions.
The unfortunate fiasco in Iraq leaving tens of thousands of American youth dead and maimed.
The ME debacle leaving the entire region unstable.
The deregulation of Wall Street giving us the worst recession since the 30's.
Letting Bin Laden go to plan more mischief.
George Bush was the first convicted criminal elected President in US History.
Too bad Democrats couldn't be as cutthroat as Republicans. We could have saved the world a lot of grief.
Remember how Republicans went after Bill Clinton for getting a blow job?
No, it was because he committed perjury.
He was disbarred because of it.
They convinced the GOP base he had broken a law.
Is the Dem base too stupid to realize that when you commit perjury you have broken a law? Obviously.
