'A new study comparing California repeat offenders who posted bail with those who were let out with low or no cost under "Zero Bail" policies found that the latter group reoffended more often, more quickly and were accused of 200 times more violent crimes.'

Take an extremely violent criminal who should be in prison for life for murder, reduce his crime to a misdemeanor, and release him from jail - the results, as we recently saw, was a mass shooting in which several people were needlessy killed, their lives taken and the lives of their loved ones forever altered.

This is one example of how the Democrats' and the America-hating George Soros' funded / supported (Anti-) Justice reform policies and agendas are needlessly turning Americans into victims and our streets / communities into unsafe hunting grounds for the predators they are refusing to put and keep behind bars.


"The impacts of zero bail on violent crime are obvious, and they're horrific," said Yolo County District Attorney Jeff Reisig, whose office published the study. "I mean, we have more people being shot at, stabbed, assaulted, robbed, beaten. These are real victims – and the numbers are staggering under zero bail."

After looking at the results, Reisig told Fox News Digital that they show "zero bail is a completely failed policy."

It comes from their belief that criminals are just victims of the system, especially if the criminals are from a protected class. So even the victims of the criminals are really just 2nd tier victims of the system.

They think every criminal is just some hard on their luck person who would turn their life around if the system wasn't so racist/sexist/whateverist.

Except of course those who commit what the left considers political crimes, they are enemies of the Party.

I wonder how the dems will react around 90 days from now when the ATF mints millions of new "felons" due to owners not complying to their arm brace edict.

My bet is that they will be all about "law and order" then.
