Democratic Senator Dick Durbin hurled insults towards the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency during an immigration rally in Illinois Sunday morning.

Dem Senator: ICE A ‘Group of Incompetents’

Levea it to a Democratic ignorant fk to say some bs like that. Hopefully those in Border Patrol dump being Democrats next.

I thought you considered the government, particularly the federal government, to be a bunch of assholes under the control of the deep state or some other shadowy organization?

This is a big deal, Durbin is a very prominent Dimocrat Senator. The idea of abolishing ICE is becoming more mainstream to the Dims every day.

Seems the idiots want open borders, our country flooded with illegal immigrants and no agency to stop them.

Sounds like a good plan for politicians who don't want to win another election.

Immigration is a big deal to a lot of Americans and you can bet you ass they won't be voting for politicians who want open bordesr, our country flooded with illegals and no agency to stop them.

Good luck on that blue wave Dems.

This shit is getting kinda creepy.
What the fuck can the left possibly be thinking using the same tactics that got their ass handed to them in 2016?

It's like watching a slow motion suicide.

Abolish ICE, and you might as well open the borders. This is the new Dimocrat platform.

A few questions about this statement.

First, is the current push to abolish ICE saying to get rid of the department without any sort of replacement or reorganization? Are the Dem politicians saying we should get rid of ICE and that's it?

Second, wouldn't CBP still exist to protect the border even if ICE were abolished?

Third, ICE has only existed since a bit after 9/11. Were the borders open prior to that?

I'm not saying I agree with the idea of abolishing ICE, but it seems unlikely that the idea is to simply end enforcement of all immigration, customs, and border laws. :dunno:

Based on the idiocy of socialists everywhere, their idea is to end all borders.

As I just mentioned in another reply, ICE is not the only border/immigration organization of the federal government. There is the Customs and Border Patrol and the Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Getting rid of ICE might be a bad idea, but it doesn't mean there will suddenly be "open borders." ICE has only existed since 2002, and the borders weren't open before that; there were simply different organizations involved, like INS.

"Abolish ICE" might be a bad phrase to push before elections.

Socialist countries don't have borders? :p

Well ICE being a total failure seems something we can all agree upon. LOL

There is that. The dems should just save that line for local speeches and NOT TV or televised hearings.
