Surprising amount of pizza and fries for a Korean collage...

I don't know that much about authentic Korean food but having an affinity for other Asian cuisine I once tried a Korean restaurant while visiting Seattle. Noticed they had several levels of heat: "Mild", "spicy" "hot" and "Korean hot".

Yeah right, I thought, being a veteran of Thai. "I'm from New Orleans", I told 'em, "bring it on, show me whatcha got!".

And they did.

Holy SHIT they did. Hottest meal I've ever had, ever. I actually had to slow down.

They earned my respect, not least of all for not treating me like a gringo.
