Usually I peel the apples, cut them up and leave it sort of chunky. This time I am cooking with peels on and will run it through a Foley...

That pic is after they have started cooking so they are a little brown. They started out bright and beautiful. I didn't add much lemon so it will be brown...i put a lot of cinnamon anyway....

I have no idea what is going on here but don't get any spoo in my applesauce.
