decompress running shoes upside-down ?

running shoes can require up to 2 days to decompress fully from running

i've tried stowing shoes upside-down, hanging the heels, up on the back of the heels of another previous pair

seems somewhat helpful

you may find that side streets are significantly softer, than main roads, to run on
 
if you go jogging, then you can carry a plastic bag, and bring back bottles, and pieces of plastic, or a couple cans, etc., to recycle
