Remember that only unneeded people in the Federal Government have been laid off or are having their pays held back.

It’s only non essential workers, it’s a good time to see if we even need some of these workers, if we can make it without a worker then we can clean them out also

He agreed to approve a clean bill weeks ago. The House and Senate approved it. Then Limpbalks and Filter said he looked weak. Now he and the GOP are in a box.

I really have no problem if this continues for a while. The longer it goes the less of an impact the government shutdown has because people realize that nothing changes. There is zero impact on their life so they will stop caring

yeah, Trump created the shut down because Colter called him weak on the wall, so he has to pose as tough on the wall. If he can't convince his supporters that he's willing to do anything to get "their" magical mysterious and never gonnna happen in any event mythical 2200 brick wall ... he's finished.

But the dems aren't about offering him anyway out. They could give him 2 billion after already okaying the 1.6 bil that he'd accepted before cowering from Colter's wrath. And Pelosi would face a wrath of her own is she gave him any help out of the box he put himself in.

So, we're stuck until one side or the other feels more wrath from the shutdown than from letting the other side have a way out from getting funding, or not giving any funding, for "the wall in the minds of Trumpbots."
