This "Secret Society" fiasco in the FBI texts has apparently revived some of the Joooooooooish conspiracy nonsense and claims that Joooooooooooos own everything.
Well here is some actual data on that.
First Jews do not have the highest average incomes, Asian Indians do, and I am of course talking about ethnic groups in the USA. The top 100 ethnic groups by average income:
A good description of the top 1% is here.
But if we look at the population of these groups, the range of total wealth for each group is much different. If we took a multiple of the percentage of the US population for each ethnicity and applied it to the average income, we get the following for the top 10 ethnicities.
1. German 737,000 (35,000 * 21% of population)
2. Irish 519,000
3. English 430,000
4. American 261,000 <- no other ethnicity given
5. Jewish 252,000
6. Polish 158,000
7. French 126,000
8. Scottish 103,000
9. Norwegian 75,000
10 Indian 70,000 <- Asian Indian
So the total wealth of the Jewish community is not nearly dominant or overwhelming compared to other self identifying American ethnic groups.
So relax and have a bagel.
