The Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis was declared a willing collaborator of the Czechoslovak StB (State Security) by a Slovak court in Bratislava (he is of Slovak origin). Babis had insisted that he was blackmailed into being an agent, otherwise he would not be able to travel abroad and his children would not get a good education. The court decided that his cooperation was voluntary.

(note: you could not travel abroad during the Communist Era without the consent of the secret police)

Communist past returns to haunt embattled Czech PM

Babis is the second richest man in the Czech Republic, and somewhat of a Czech Trump because of his stance on immigration, despite being a Slovak. He is suspected of defrauding the EU of 2 million Euros and other corruption charges.

What is his record as PM? If he has renounced and his actions speak different from his past then he deserves a chance. If not, then rip him from office. Communists must not be allowed to get a foothold.
