Ok, what the hell, let’s play this game. Let’s pretend that they turned the guy over to ICE, what would happen? Would ICE lock him up for ever? Nope. They would deport him, again. And he would return, again. Your own link talks about him being deported several times. So how does deporting him again, help matters? ICE took him into custody? Why? Why would ICE get involved now? Now, it is a State Criminal Matter, not a Federal Immigration Matter. The State will try, and with sufficient evidence, convict, and sentence him for the crimes. Just like they do for anyone accused of a crime.

So why is ICE arresting the guy now? Are they planning on deporting him now, and letting him off the hook for the Murders?

Trump's policies decreased border crossings by over 70% since May of 2019 to the end of that summer. That means illegals are less likely to make it back in. It may be fruitless after this year though as open-border Joe is going to stop wall construction and likely reverse all of Trump's good work. Once again we will be flooded with illegals and the border patrol will have to nurse them in holding instead of patrolling the boarder as they should be. The Border Patrol has never endorsed a presidential candidate in the history of the agency, and there is a reason they endorsed President Trump.

So yes, if those jokers called ICE, they would have picked him up and threw his ass back over the border and he would probably have never returned and two more Americans would be alive today.
