Elon Musk won his "pedo guy" defamation case

Wow. Looks like money can buy anything. How did he get away with this?

The jury foreman, Joshua James, told the Associated Press that Unsworth’s lawyers had not proven their cases. “The failure probably happened because they didn’t focus on the tweets,” Jones said after the verdict. “I think they tried to get our emotions involved in it.”

Weak cases usually try to get peoples emotions involved.

I'm guessing that Tainted Tommy thinks he knows the case better than the members of the jury before whom the case was actually argued.

Anyway, there's really know reason to assume that we're getting anything close to an accurate account of the case. Tainted Tommy is citing Motherf•••er Jones as his source, a known source of little but extreme left wrong-wing lies and propaganda, and in it's article, Motherf•••er Jones cites Buzzfeed as its only source, a similarly disreputable left wrong-wing lies and propaganda site.

Before I'd even think of trying to form any thoughts myself on this case, I'd need to read about it from a source that has at least some faint vestige of credibility.
