Where others see a problem with California's abundance of poop, I see a big money-making opportunity here:

1. Pay the homeless 10 cents an hour to scrape is all up and put it in 5-gallon buckets.

2. Sell the 5-gallon buckets full of poop to the hippie organic gardeners as "genuine organic fair trade non-GMO fertilizer for their vegetable gardens, for $30 a bucket.

3. Massive profit!!!
