"Wow, this is the opposite of free speech but punishing it. But if I had to argue constitutionally against the Mosque “without mentioning those two words” I’d say that the organization is required to obey civil laws, and that as a religious organization, the govt cannot give them public money or biased favor without violating amendment one. The same that would be enforced for Christian or Jewish groups would or should be applied to this one, or else it’s discrimination by Creed. Does the Court then have to bar the words “Jewish” or “Christian” from the hearing to treat all religions equally? Then also “Hindu Buddhist or Baha’i”? Where does it end?"

use the CONSTITUTION to chase everyone away who wants to impose their own agenda:

Require all parties to agree on policies that don't violate ANYONE's beliefs, on any side,
in order to pass a law or rule on any decision. That way we guarantee equal protection for all.

Then we will get the "limited govt" that Constitutionalists want,
where only what we ALL AGREE ON should be public is law. And the rest is private policy
for people to fund their own beliefs and direct their taxes and tax breaks accordingly.
