This is very typical of COPS. They're one of the lowest forms of humanity on Earth. And, they're obviously above the law. America is a country without justice. Our judicial system is one big joke. Citizens need to wake up and smell the coffee. If cops aren't writing quota tickets, they're killing unarmed citizens. Police brutality is an epidemic in America.
