99% of sexually active women in the US use birth control. Millions of women will have access to birth control. How can any intelligent person reconcile these two positions? If the first is actually correct, which I have no doubt it is, millions of women already have access and less than 1 million women do not actively use birth control. My guess is that most of them actually have access to it if they want it, but I won't actually claim that as a fact.
