Congratulations to Macron. Decency 1 Putin 0

Really? You enjoyed how he virtually ignored COVID, and left it to the states to deal with it.
He actually said it was just going to miraculously " go away." He was far more worried about his re-election than he was with the lives of Americans.

Did you vote for the serial sexual assaulter...................twice?

never proven as usual...seein' as liberal women will come out of the woodwork to help the dem party destroy its opposition. How about your vote for the head of the Biden crime family ...the serial sniffer, groper and his son the methmouth childrapist.

That was the problem. Trump hung his re-election on the economy, and at the time the only way to slow COVID, would also slow the economy.

It's like a car approaching a brick wall. Trump could have hit the brakes when he saw the wall, and applied them gently. Or ignore the wall until it became a full blown crisis, and had to slam on the brakes.

He didn't ignore Covid. He started Operation Warp Speed, remember? If it wasn't for him fast tracking the vaccine development, you wouldn't have the covid vaccine.

When he sent hospital ships to New York, Andrew Cuomo refused to use them. Explain that.

In the event of covid, he did exactly what he should have done. States Rights were protected, and each state responded how they saw fit.

Just because he didn't lock the entire nation down permanently doesn't mean he ignored it.

And let's give Le Pen credit: At least she didn't pretend the election was rigged.

She needs more rubes.
She supposedly toned down some this time around and that didn't work out either. Far right movements are waning. The world watches what is and has happened here and they want none of it there.

Well put! He abandoned his role as protector of Americans. His only concern was being re-elected. His denial of the severity of COVID cost the US tens of thousands of lives. Add his incompetence to the lies and misinformation on FOX and with the MAGA faithful and they should all be charged with manslaughter.

That's a stupid way to run a war against a communicable disease. That's like in a war, giving them "generals rights", and letting each general do his own thing.

COVID did not stop at state's borders...never has...never will.

You mean let generals do what they think is best in their own unique situations, instead of letting one guy make the decisions for them thousands of miles away?

Sounds like a great idea to me.

Bottom Line: trump refused to lead the country during the worst health crisis in over 100 years. He proved he was more interested in being re-elected than saving lives. He Lost...

Letting each state battle COVID on it's own is like how they began in WWII. With France putting on a strong "Maginot Line" defense, only to have it's neighbor provide an invasion pathway. A valuable lesson about something that's communicable from all sides.

And then Poopeypants killed twice as many with his infinite wisdom and leadership. Is your name Moe because you are a real stooge.

They weren't killed, they effectively committed suicide, refusing to get vaccinated, refusing to wear masks, and refusing to socially distance. Relying on quack drugs like hydroxychloroquine.
They stupidly sacrificed themselves.
